Amit Grover

PRESIDENT, MERCHANT CFO SERVICES

Amit Grover serves as President of Merchant CFO Services. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, cultivating client relationships, and overseeing its financial performance.

Prior to this role, Amit served as CFO for Merchant entities. Previously, Amit was CFO of Dynasty Financial Partners. Amit also managed Dynasty’s Capital Strategies business and was responsible for deploying credit and equity capital in its network firms.

Previously, Amit headed Family Office Special Services at Morgan Stanley, was the Business Manager for Citi Family Office, and worked in the Strategy Group at Smith Barney. Prior to Smith Barney, Amit worked as an Investment Banker in the Leveraged Finance Group of Salomon Smith Barney.

Amit earned an MBA from Penn State and holds Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations.
