Andrew Hart

VICE PRESIDENT

Andrew Hart serves as Vice President, FP&A Lead at Merchant, where he is responsible for strengthening the firm’s financial management and reporting framework across Merchant’s HoldCo and partnership entities.

Prior to joining Merchant, Andrew worked in investment banking, most recently as a Vice President at Ardea Partners, advising companies on buy- and sell-side M&A within the asset and wealth management industry. He also worked at Oppenheimer & Co. and started his career at Park Sutton Advisors.

Andrew graduated from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business with a B.S. in Finance and a concentration in Alternative Investments.
