Beau Toth

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Beau is a Managing Director at Merchant focused on M&A, equity opportunities, capital deployment initiatives, and working with leadership to execute on all of Merchant’s lines of business nationally.

Before Merchant, Beau worked in the Business Development group of LPL Financial. He was responsible for recruiting HNW & UHNW teams across multiple platforms, with expertise in moving large breakaway private wealth teams to launch their own firms.

Prior to joining LPL Financial, Beau held various roles at top-tier asset management firms and broker-dealers over the past 15 years. His prior experience includes positions at Neuberger Berman, Ameriprise Financial, The Hartford, & Transamerica Investments.

Beau received a B.S. in Marketing from Webber International University.
