Emily Aleshire

VICE PRESIDENT

Emily Aleshire is a Vice President at Merchant, where she works with partner firms and internal Merchant teams to cultivate client relationships, drive sustainable growth, strengthen connectivity across peer firms, and standardize engagement processes to create value through collaborative partnerships. She also supports Rowlette, Inc., an executive search firm focused exclusively on recruiting talent for the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Merchant, Emily held multiple leadership positions at Cardinal Health, Sentara Health, and Abercrombie & Fitch, with a focus on financial planning & analysis, multi-year capital investment strategy, company consolidations, fiscal year budget planning and management, and maximizing business case value.

Emily began her career in public accounting and audit at Ernst & Young, where she developed a strong foundation in audit, compliance, and financial reporting. She holds a B.A. in Accounting from Capital University.
