Talya is an Executive Assistant at Merchant where she is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the firm and working with firm leadership to drive strategic planning and execution.

Previously, Talya worked in various sales and operations roles in the wholesale fashion industry. Talya graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2015, earning a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising.
