Hana Esaki

CAO & CHIEF OF STAFF

Hana Esaki serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff to the Executive Committee at Merchant, where she supports the firm’s leadership in advancing strategy, governance, and enterprise-wide initiatives.

Prior to joining Merchant, Hana spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs in a variety of roles, including Chief of Staff to the Chief Human Resources Officer, advancing the firm’s alumni engagement strategy while managing that team, and working within the Investment Management Division.

Hana received her B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
