Aissa Diop serves as an Executive Assistant at Merchant, bringing several years of experience supporting senior executives within the financial services industry. In her role, she provides executive and operational support, oversees complex scheduling, coordinates meetings and corporate events, and facilitates cross-functional collaboration to support the firm’s strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Merchant, Aissa held executive support roles across the financial services sector, developing expertise in business operations, executive administration, and relationship management. She earned her B.A. in Communications from Niagara University.
