Olivier Damas

Olivier Damas is a Vice President at Merchant, where he focuses on investment analysis and portfolio management across Merchant’s partner firms. In this role, alongside the investment team, he collaborates with partner firm management teams to execute on their growth initiatives and long-term strategic plans.

Prior to joining Merchant, Olivier worked at UBS as an investment banking associate, initially covering industrials and later focused on middle-market M&A across verticals. Earlier in his career, he worked at eBay and Wish.com in strategy and business development roles.

Olivier earned a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA with a concentration in accounting and entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago.
