Timothy Lind

VICE PRESIDENT

Timothy Lind is a Vice President at Merchant, where he works closely with partner firms to set measurable goals, drive sustainable growth, and create value through collaborative partnerships and network optimization. He partners with leadership teams to support strategy execution, share best practices, and help identify and build high-impact relationships across the Merchant ecosystem.

Prior to his role at Merchant, Tim was part of the Strategic Services team at WorkBoard Inc., where he advised Fortune 100 C-suite and executive leadership teams. He led efforts to define, communicate, and execute their most critical strategic priorities, enabling organizations to achieve clarity, alignment, and focus while executing with speed and intent. Before joining WorkBoard, Tim led engagements at Accenture Strategy within the Operations and Process Transformation Group. In this role, he worked across various industries to identify operational inefficiencies, unlock trapped value, and deliver measurable improvements in business outcomes.

Tim served six years in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer, holding multiple leadership roles. He received his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a B.A. from Tufts University.
