Ann Marie Gorden

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS

 Ann Marie is the Director of Marketing & Communications and is responsible for overseeing the internal and external communication strategies supporting Merchant and collaborating with partner firms.

Ann Marie brings nearly 15 years of experience spanning the financial services and government sectors, most recently working in the independent wealth space.

Prior, she served as the Public Affairs Officer for the U.S. Coast Guard in New York City. In that role, she was responsible for spearheading communication efforts in support of the Captain of the Port of New York & New Jersey to further the Coast Guard’s strategic goals of a safe, secure and prosperous maritime environment.

Ann Marie also served as a Public Affairs Specialist for the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve from 2007 to 2016. In May 2010, Ann Marie was deployed to Grand Isle, La., in support of the U.S. Coast Guard’s response to the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

She is a graduate of La Salle University in Philadelphia with a degree in Public Relations.
