Brad Moss

CHIEF OF STAFF

Brad is Chief of Staff at Merchant and acts as the operational liaison between each department and the Merchant Executive Committee, creating systems and processes within each department that can be easily managed and monitored. By creating systems of accountability companywide, he aids in promoting a culture of resourcefulness, initiative, and proactivity.

Brad also aids in business development and the growth of the Merchant ecosystem, seeking out new partnership opportunities and working with existing partner firms to execute strategic growth initiatives.

Before joining the Merchant team, Brad was the Co-Founder, COO/CFO of a healthcare holding company and was responsible for developing the vision, design, and growth metrics for a national diagnostic laboratory.

Before Brad’s tenure as a healthcare executive, he was an owner/operator of a leading fitness franchise and was recognized nationally as a leading franchisee.

Brad is an eleven-time Ironman triathlete, having completed two World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, while raising over $100,000 in support of the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.

Brad received a B.A from Georgetown University.
