Candice Carlton

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Candice Carlton is a Managing Director at Merchant, where she leads the strategy and execution of initiatives that strengthen connectivity, foster partner collaboration, and support innovation across the firm’s global ecosystem. Her work focuses on building scalable programs that translate shared knowledge, peer engagement, and leadership alignment into measurable firm-level outcomes.

Prior to joining Merchant, Candice held senior leadership roles at United Capital, Mercer Advisors, and FiComm. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations including Capital Group, BlackRock, and XY Planning Network to design and implement marketing and growth strategies for independent advisory firms. As Executive Vice President and Head of Strategy at FiComm, she led the development of national growth programs and digital campaigns to support RIAs nationwide.

Outside of work, Candice teaches yoga and meditation and enjoys reading, podcasting, and spending time with her Golden Doodle, Sunshine.
