Dante Nepa

Dante Nepa is a Vice President at Merchant, focusing on strategy, acquisitions, capital solutions and alternative investments. In this role, he identifies and evaluates new investment opportunities and works closely with management teams at Merchant's partner firms to execute on their growth initiatives and long-term strategic plans. He is also a member of the Private Markets team, responsible for sourcing and collaborating on alternative investment opportunities with Merchant’s partner firms.

Prior to joining Merchant, Dante was an early member of Blue Owl Capital's RIA & Family Office team, where he managed client relationships and business development activities throughout multiple U.S. regions, driving fundraising efforts across a range of private markets strategies and asset classes. He also served on the firm's Sales Council leadership committee.

Dante holds a B.A. from The University of Chicago.
