Gianna Parella

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Gianna Parella is a Managing Director at Merchant and is responsible for all aspects of the partner firm investment process, including structuring, underwriting, and executing both equity and debt investments. Additionally, she supports existing partner firms with M&A and growth opportunities.

Prior to joining Merchant, Gianna was a strategy consultant with Accenture.

She earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
