Rebecca Wells

Rebecca Wells serves as Principal and Chief Operating Officer at Merchant Australia, where she leads local operations, governance, and execution in support of the firm’s expanding presence in the region.

Prior to joining Merchant, Rebecca held senior roles across Australia, Europe, and Asia, spanning real estate, general insurance, and broader financial services. Most recently, she served as Operations Manager for one of Australia’s largest general insurance networks, where she oversaw strategic development, execution of both organic and inorganic initiatives, and the operational infrastructure supporting the broader group and its related entities.

Rebecca holds a Diploma of Business from Charles Sturt University.
