Rebecca Wells

Rebecca Wells comes to Merchant with a strong resume spanning Australia, Europe and Asia with roles encompassing sales, operations, and management across the real estate, general insurance, and financial planning sectors.

Most recently, Rebecca was the operations manager for one of Australia’s largest general insurance networks. A role that oversaw both strategic development and project implementation through organic and inorganic growth opportunities as well as the management of ongoing requirements for the overall business and related entities.

Rebecca has been involved in the financial services industry for majority of her career and prides herself on being in the detail with a drive to deliver positive outcomes for all stakeholders from clients to shareholders which is what has attracted her towards the emerging opportunity with Merchant in Australia.
