Rob Blevins

Rob is a Partner at Merchant with a focus on growth for new and existing partner firms. He works closely with leadership to develop and implement strategies for experienced advisor recruiting, infrastructure development, M&A, and equity opportunities nationally. From helping breakaway advisors seeking to start their own RIA, to companies in need of succession planning, Rob provides support, insight, and resources available from the various Merchant lines of business.
In addition to his role with Merchant, Rob serves as President of Rowlette, Inc., an Executive Search and Consulting company focused exclusively on the financial industry. For more than two decades Rob and his team have successfully transitioned thousands of advisors with assets in excess of $100 billion. With a focus on working with advisors and teams doing over $1 million in production or Gross Dealer Concessions annually, Rob works as a consultant to negotiate transition packages, team structures, payouts, titles, expense accounts, office aesthetics, etc. He also works with owners in the sale or acquisition of practices including creating succession plans and exit strategies for their firm(s). Additionally, Rob provides specialized, fee-based consulting services to individual advisors and broker dealers, RIA’s, and CPA firms to assist them in their efforts to grow their practices.
Rob received a B.S. in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
